The Death By Audio Rooms is a stereo, multi-function digital reverb capable of searing volume, gated walls of sound, and long, trailing reverberant ambiances with an intuitive array of controls designed with live mood-bending in mind. Rooms was designed to the highest standards of flexibility and audio fidelity. A studio-quality mixer section provides independent Dry and FX controls over six meticulously programmed reverb algorithms (Room, Digit, Peak, Gate, Wave and Gong). Each different verb is capable of a universe of sounds. Rooms’ creative I/O switching and dual-mono dry signal lines allow for a wealth of possible mono and stereo configurations, making it easy to route signals for parallel processing or stereo amplifier setups.

Atmosphere
With 16 custom programmed preset patches, the Atmosphere is one of the most versatile reverb tools you will find anywhere. But the patches are simply the beginning of what you can do with this pedal. With the large LED full color display (the welcome message and background display has many options as well – just to make it fun!), you have access to so many backend settings to tickle your reverb fancy: full MIDI implementation, expression, and control voltage input that can be assigned to 6 parameters, a preset can be saved for each patch, and very powerful built-in LFO for modulating parameters. There is most likely no other reverb pedal on earth that gives you more options than the Atmosphere!

Topanga
The Topanga by Catalinbread is a modern recreation of the outboard spring reverbs that dominated 1960’s surf rock, spaghetti western soundtracks and many other great 60’s sounds. You cannot imagine Dick Dale playing guitar without one of these. Catalinbread has taken these huge lunchbox sized effects and put it into a pedalboard sized stomper. The effect is not just for convenience. It sounds so close to the original, it is amazing! Another aspect of these outboard effects is that they ran in front of the amp, acting also a bit like a pre-amp and colouring the sound as it enters the amp itself. Along with the standard dwell (intensity of the signal to the spring), tone (cut to high frequencies) and mix (the wet signal), there is a volume knob that acts as a pre-amp boost in this same nature. Turn all reverb off, and you have a clean boost pedal at your tippy-toes – a 2 in 1 pedal! Enjoy the drip drip drip!
